The merits of the controversial aerotropolis development project are being questioned by some of the candidates for the Dundas seat on Hamilton city council. Three of the five candidates expressed doubt about the project – with two expressing opposition – while two candidates, including incumbent Russ Powers, said they support it. The five stated their positions at an all-candidates meeting staged Monday night by the Dundas division of the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce.
