Aerotropolis has been given a green for “go.” The employment lands project up at Hamilton International Airport was given unanimous approval at the Planning and Economic Development committee. The controversial plan will open up land around the airport for industrial and commercial development. The approval also requires a review for additional employment lands in the city when this project is one third completed. The issue goes to council for a vote on October 13th.
